- Follow Instructions: Ship the items back following the provided guidelines.
You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items (if applicable).
- Shipping (Unless item is faulty)
If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing sales@commercialhardware.co.uk.. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Yes, we allow exchanges for selected variants. To request an exchange, email sales@commercialhardware.co.uk. with your order number and the item details. Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
We offer the following refund options:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable).
