Description
The Strand PHT55 Three point touch bar bolt for use on a single door (timber, metal or PVCu), the inactive leaf of a pair of rebated doors or both leaves of a pair of straight edged doors.
Features:
- Three-Point Touch Bar Bolt: Suitable for single doors (timber, metal, or PVCu), inactive leaves of rebated pairs, or both leaves of straight-edged pairs.
- Convertible to Two-Point: Includes a blanking plate to convert the centre mechanism for use on double doors.
- Complete System: Includes touch bar, modular mechanism, covered connecting rods, and vertical latching Pullman latches at the top and bottom.
- Dogging Feature: Standard dogging (hold-back) feature, not recommended for fire/smoke doors but suitable for escape doors.
- Size Options: Available in standard (840mm) for doors up to 860mm wide, with longer versions (1170mm and 1300mm) for wider doors; accommodates doors up to 2585mm high (longer rods available for doors up to 3150mm high).
- Versatile Striker Options: Supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors; strikers for PVCu available separately.
- Micro-Switch Compatibility: Micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism or touch bar to monitor door status; specify location when ordering.
